My father's furnace went out on a cold day. Reddi responded quickly with David Furlong being assigned as our technician. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. There was a secondary issue he identified and worked with his office to order the part. He promptly returned to install the part when it came in.

David was friendly, courteous, and very thorough. We will be glad to call Reddi again.

We woke up this morning and discovered our heat had gone out. We called Reddi and they were able to come out within half an hour of us calling! Benjamin came out, explained the situation and less than 30 minutes later we had heat again! I was so amazed that less than an hour from the time we called we had everything back and running again. The gentleman (l forget his name) was friendly and very polite. He worked quickly and efficiently. He had to move some things to get to the furnace, but didn’t seem to mind and cheerfully put them back.  If I have problems in the future, he is welcome to be the one to fix it.
